Weapon leveling and shared attachments

Use a weapon in Multiplayer or DMZ to earn its XP; every level unlocks a new attachment. Most optics are Shared Attachments, and reticle progress is universal across modes.

Use the weapon to earn Weapon XP; each level unlocks an attachment.
Use cases
- Guide suggestion: focus on one weapon until it unlocks the attachments you need, then move on.
- Guide suggestion: play DMZ or Multiplayer as you like; Weapon XP is earned in both.
Tips
- Use Gunny to suggest builds from unlocked attachments.
- Activate Double Weapon XP Tokens while leveling.
- Reticle progress is per optic but carries across compatible weapons.
Common mistakes
- Switching weapons constantly so none reach their key attachments.
- Assuming every weapon has the same max level; it varies.
