The Classic Prestige path resets level unlocks and Create-a-Class progress in exchange for a 20% XP boost, one Permanent Unlock Token and bonus cosmetics.
Unlock
Chosen after completing Level 55, and again when entering each new Prestige Level.
Use cases
- Guide suggestion: choose it if you enjoy rebuilding from scratch and want the bonus rewards.
- Guide suggestion: spend the Permanent Unlock Token on a Perk, Field Upgrade or Killstreak you always use.
Tips
- The source advises prioritising Perks, Field Upgrades, Killstreaks and Equipment over Weapons for the token.
- A Weapon Blueprint from the Store or a Battle Pass keeps the base weapon permanently available.
- You can switch paths at each new Prestige Level.
Common mistakes
- Spending the token on a weapon you already have a Blueprint for.
- Choosing Classic without being ready to lose your loadouts for a while.
