Why it helps

- Thermal Optics, Recon Drones and Snapshot Grenades don't reveal you, so you can close in without those tools giving you away.
- An enemy's High Alert won't warn them when you spot them.

Pick it when enemies use Thermal Optics, Recon Drones, Snapshot Grenades or High Alert a lot.
