FOB: gear up before you drop in
Understand what the base is for, and its main stations.
The forward base is where you gear up and progress in DMZ. Its stations include operator management, Orders, the stash and loadouts, the 3D printer, and the trader and Gunsmith.
Steps
- Check your operator’s condition and loadout before you choose a drop.
- Set your objective at the Orders station, and check what you need from the stash.
- Learn the crafting stations, the loadout stations, and the training range, based on what you have available.
- When you decide what kind of drop to run, separate story missions, dynamic operations, and roaming.
Hint
Do not start from the weapon list alone; check the objective, your operator’s condition, and what you need to bring back.
