When do the FOB stations unlock?

Steps

1. From the start: operators, Orders, storage, the firing range, Survival Kits, and infil.
2. Level 2: 3D Printer for crafting equipment from components.
3. After the second DMZ Order: Boss Board for information on commanders.
4. Level 5: Vendor; level 10: Gunsmith; level 20: Dog Tag Case.
5. Before you infil, check storage, the mission, and the operator's status, then test your weapon on the firing range.

Hint

Do not use up rare items on a simple supply mission; start with gear you can replace.
