The Armor Box recipe unlocks at DMZ Level 14, and the box also appears in kits such as the Basic Armor Kit and Restock Kit at earlier levels.

DMZ Player Level 14 (Recipe).
Use cases
- Guide suggestion: earn DMZ XP from Story Missions, Dynamic Operations, Side Ops and other activities; Multiplayer XP does not raise your DMZ level.
- Guide suggestion: place it before an expected fight so the squad can restock armour.
Tips
- The Basic Armor Kit (Level 6) contains 2-Plate Carriers and an Armor Box.
- The Restock Kit (Level 8) contains Medium Backpacks, a Munitions Box and an Armor Box.
- Coordinate: one box in a safe spot beats several scattered ones.
Common mistakes
- Placing it in the open mid-fight.
- Assuming a specific supply amount.
